Help us Boost the Brave at our Fall BHS Community Event

Boost the Brave – BHS Community Event

Join other BHS parents and caregivers for our now annual community kickoff event in support of Boise High. This event is open-house style so stop by when you can and join in on the fun!

We’ll be raffling off incredible BHS gear, have a small silent auction, and showcase a wide variety of community parties that you can purchase tickets for – all in support of Boise High! This event will kick off our month-long fundraising campaign to help us raise funds for BHS teacher and program grants.

Sunday, October 4th

2-5pm

Hap Hap Lounge in Downtown Boise

Don’t miss out on all the fun – come celebrate the start of another fantastic school year at Boise High! All are welcome and encouraged to attend – we hope to see you there.

This is an adult-only event and food and beverages will be available for purchase!  All funds raised at this event will directly support Boise High students and programs.

 Fundraiser Q&A:

  • BHS Annual Community Event – Boost the Brave! Boost the Brave is our new take on the traditional biannual gala BHS has hosted for years and is now a casual, annual community event to kick off a month-long online fundraising campaign for Boise High. This is an adults-only event and all are encouraged to attend!  It’s a free event but we’ll have lots of opportunities for you to support BHS – a raffle, small silent auction for items like VIP graduation tickets and parking, plus the chance to buy tickets for lots of amazing BHS Community Parties that will be happening throughout the year.
  • Month-long fundraising campaign: This event will kick off our month-long giving campaign, which will run throughout October and into November, where we aim to raise $37,500—or $25 per student—to support BHS’ 3 A’s: Academics, Activities, and Athletics. You’ll learn more about the fundraising campaign at the event but check back for a link to the campaign giving page on this page in the next few weeks.
  • Why Give: Donations from this fundraising campaign provide grants for teachers and programs to use for specific needs within their programs that aren’t funded throughout the year. All donation amounts help so please plan to participate if you can and help us reach our goal!
